Does anybody else constantly try this and just lose it on days 4 or 5?
After about 4 days I go bonkers. I'll be checking out women I would never check out had I rubbed one out earlier in the day. I am DEAD SET on making it til this Sunday, therefor making it an entire week. I have yet to experience the day 6-7 testosterone spike.
One thing I have learned is that the card house falls easily. If I feel like looking at Audrina Patridge (with clothes on) on day 4, and believe me, I do, I need to resist. It's too easy to go hot girl with clothes -> hot girl without clothes -> pictures of girls getting fucked -> videos of girls getting fucked.
I've got my running mileage up to about 10-15 miles a week again, and I feel like this is really helping to take the edge off.
