Have her over to "hang out and watch a movie". Start watching a movie on the couch together. Put your arm around her right after you both sit down (or if you have snacks, after you're done them), like it's just the normal thing to do. Later on rearrange to laying horizontal/cuddling while still watching the movie. Playfully escalate from there. Don't worry so much about compliments or eye contact; it sounds like she's already into you.
