I saw Cowspiracy. If ever there was a case against the modern beta male that's it. It's basically one American guy's journey through his first-world white guilt complex.
There are some good points made in the movie; I think we can all agree that commercial livestock production sucks, produces poor quality meat that's bad for you, is unnecessarily cruel to animals, etc. But all the bullshit about carbon footprint of meat and all that is utter nonsense. To call it a "documentary" is a crime considering how one-sided his arguments are. I could debunk half the movie without even researching any of his statistics, which are heavily skewed and very selective.
