She just have an house and spend 6 month there and 6 month here . But you should check your option before leaving and maybe get a garanty job . They have a high % of enemployee over there , especially for immigrant .
Her house is in her parents name, she has no job, I told her to come here so she can kill it. It's a woman's country over here, she will flourish, she is slim, brunette etc and of course bilingual (with some other European languages thrown in for good measure).
