Experimentation with Party Host Game has been on-going at a rate of about one party per month since I first dropped this datasheet. I've been achieving more and more this way.
Some things I've discovered:
Quality over quantity
This should go without saying, but the problem I was having was needing to drop my standards to ensure a pleasing ratio. I've corrected this by strictly limiting the number of guys invited. At the last party, I was shooting for 4 guys and 8 girls. I ended up getting 5 guys (one girl brought a gay friend) and the other 3 guys were handpicked by me (including two forum members). I didn't get the full 8 girls because of some unexpected cancellations, but we did get 6 or 7.
By cutting out low value guys, the different was huge. At the end of the party, Space Cowboy both had a girl sitting on each side of us, holding hands with us and cuddling. They were all engaged in fierce competition for us.
Unfortunately, our end game and logistics were weak, so no one got laid that night, but picking up the notches later was a piece of cake with two girls inviting themselves over to my place to "cook." I got two bangs without spending more than a few dollars on groceries. No need to take either girl out on a "real" date first, like I've done before. I'm still following up with two more weaker leads.
Girls may only attend one party in total
It's generally always been a mistake to let girls come to more than one party. They start getting comfortable and behaving worse. I made the mistake of inviting a Russian girl who had been to two parties previously to the most recent one (and while she wasn't successful at all) she tried to cockblock me by taking loudly about a drunk girl I'd banged in February. (No one cared).
My theory is this: If a girl came to a party and no one was able to bang her, what's the point of inviting her to another? If she's already been banged by one of the guy on the team, why invite drama by putting her in a situation where she is going to get jealous? Building jealousy is a valid game technique in some situations, but not a good idea if it is going to hurt your access to new girls, which is what party host game is really about.
There are some notable exceptions. Inviting girls who I was banging before and who have nexted me to a party can reignite the passion. I did this with a girl and when she arrived early I told her that now that we were just friends, I could tell her everything. I then gave her a breakdown of how I used these parties to meet new girls and bang them. She eagerly jumped back into bed with me the next week and has been coming back ever since.
The main reason, however, for not letting girls attend more that one party is that they will meet other people and this will restrict your ability to have full control of the guest list at future parties.
Full control is essential to maintaining a good ratio and doing quality control. If Britney and Dana become friends and Dana is a bitch, you can't very well invite Britney without inviting Dana. Dana will just show up any way.
Better to commit to having 100% new girls at every party
Using Online Game to Recruit
I've been using OKCupid to recruit girls. I build attraction and comfort, but after stringing them along for at least three weeks (past the point where they are angling for a free dinner anymore), I tell them that I think they are cool, but that I'm really busy with business meeting with clients in the next two weeks and can't meet up. However, I'm having a party Saturday night and she should come to that.
Having an efficient system to recruit girls has been the number one factor in upgrading my parties to a new level. This means that I can cut out unreliable girls who sometimes recruit hot girls, but often just bring a bunch of dudes. Having full control of the guestlist is essential to high level success. That way you hold all the cards.
Having a good team
I've decided that you should never have more than 4-5 guys at a party. Four is ideal, because you'll have a nice tight party of 12 people with a ratio of 1-2, but if a lot of girls cancel, you'll still end up with fewer guys than girls.
Rather than trying to find a lot of quality guys (a challenge), just try to build a solid team of you and 2-3 other guys. I've got three forum members on my team for the next party and I won't be inviting any other guys.
These guys have an obligation to recruit. If every guy is quality and the girls are attracted to you all, you're going to end up being Eskimo brothers over and over again with your bros if you aren't strategic.
If every guy is on-board with the plan, and you all bring 2-3 girls, you'll have a very strong ratio and you can divide up the girls after the party so that you aren't stepping on each others dicks by all giving the same hot girls more attention than is good for them. Much better to only have one guy follow up texting each girl. You don't want them leveraging you against each other, even in her own head.
Post Party Wrap Up
Before any guy texts any girl, you need to divide up the girls. The next morning, everyone should choose one girl he wants the first crack at. You can further divide the rest of the girl or leave them in a communal pool. Fair play would indicate that each team member has a limited period of time to close the deal or the others can take their shot to. This plan needs to be agreed on in advance by everyone.
End Game
Still need to work on this, but having a space with the right logistics that afford a degree of privacy is important. You can isolate to the kitchen or bedroom, but the girl is still going to be worried about what others think / someone walking in
A room two rooms away from where everyone else is hanging out is probably optimal, but would require a larger space. I'll be considering this when I change apartments in July.
