I'm 6'4", and where I live (UK) the average male height is 5'11", so I'm pretty damn tall.
So when I'm out in a smoking area for example, random girls will often say to me "wow, you're really tall!"
"Great, she's opened me" I'm thinking, then I realise I have absolutely no idea what to say back. Being approached by girls rather than the reverse is so weird to me that I normally just get really confused and say "yeah, I've had that pointed out for 18 years but thanks for noticing".
Then I'm stumped.
This is a pretty noobish question, but should I just continue from there into a standard conversational thread? Or is there something better I can say than "so how's it going anyway?"
Cheers in advance.
