Stay strong man, and finish the medical school. You are not doing it for your father, but...yourself. And stay with your GF - if she did not let you down all these years, she is likely a marriage material. These kind of girls are getting more rare by the day, even in my area, which is very conservative, not to mention yours, where is likely the exact opposite.

My story may be sad but now I’ve decided to stop looking myself as the victim. Shit could have been a lot worse. Shout – out to Onto, again. The relationship with my father has become immensely better.

I’ll stay strong and become even stronger and finish medical school. My girlfriend is rare material and I need to be thankful for that. Have to stop being a bitch and start being a Lion who leads. Slowly I’m starting to get a vision of what I want to do and how I wish to live my life. If she wishes she may join me, if not she is free to leave. As Quintus says – we are the drivers of our busses on this road called life. Others may join us if they follow proper etiquette as defined by us and not – they are to leave on the first stop, lest they get kicked out.
