This is not correct or I'm doing something very wrong. I have 300,000 followers and i dont make anywhere near that amount. I still have a normal job

The figures are about right, mayble slightly high.

I wrote a python script for someone who started a bodobuilding instagram account. the script would follow users who were already following bodybuilding instagrams, and then some of those users (about 20%) would follow back. When the python script had followed the max amount of accounts instagram allows, all accounts would be unfollowed & the process would begin again

Last time I checked, the instagram account had over 50k followers , and the client was getting offers from nutrition/protein/fitness companies to advertise their stuff on his account

Because the accounts followed were high quality (i.e non-robot accounts already interested in fitness) the account had a high interaction rate
