What do you think of the bunch? Any apparent red flags I'm missing? Also, what do think of the idea of fucking your (hot) flat-mate when she is gone in 3 months? Not that I'm considering it...
Some Points:
- great location for young international people, nice furniture, etc.
- not cheap but not too expensive
- contract limited to max. 6 months
