If I was driving a one million dollar car, you'd bet I'd be enjoying myself. But rich people seem to work really hard to avoid looking like they are enjoying themselves while driving said car, as if to say, "I do this all the time, no big deal."
Perhaps that girls with RBF have it from a history of making a conscious effort to frown and look unimpressed with everyone and everything around them. They can pull this off when they are young, but as the facial muscles deteriorate with age, they end up just looking like the bitch they are 24/7.

You've seen a lot more rich people than you realize. Most of them don't buy flashy cars. The ones that do remind themselves to act calm "like they've been there before" as samsamsam said.
