North Africans are usually either Berbers or Arabs. Berbers can be really interesting looking people because they are like a mixture of all the people who went through North Africa. From what I have heard/seen, it's pretty difficult to find one to hook up with, although it's not impossible. I have a feeling you probably won't be able to pick one up publicly at a bar/club without some North African guy interjecting. I'd imagine the best way to go is to do some daygame around the streets of Paris and go from there.
