According to another article on the lawsuit, management went from being less than 20% female to over 80% female in the span of three years:

When Savitt began at Yahoo, top managers in the "Media Org" were less than 20 percent female, the complaint states. Three years later, they were more than 80 percent female.

If those numbers are correct (and all they need is an org chart to corroborate it), that's a hell of a big change in such a short timespan.
