Usually in America, if girls see you going shamelessly approaching other women (and getting rejected) as you described, they would not make themselevs more approachable to you....they'd also turn you down too just to be "in" with the rest of the girls.
This is why you cannot shamelessly hit on very girl in a small bar where other women can see you hitting hard, you have to bounce around venues and do that to maintain your Alpha value.
