- Weightlifting, particularly squats and deadlifts. (This raises not only short-term levels but long-term base levels as well.)
- Sleep, sufficient to excess amounts.
- Avoid all alcohol.
- Have sex, at least once a week.

Evidence for nutrition or supplementation increasing testosterone is spotty and less conclusive.
