Resurrecting old thread - hamster chick on last night's episode started her pitch by talking about 'body image for women' and all that claptrap. She was asking for a $200k investment for her company called... "Skinny Mirror". Basically a carnival-esque mirror which makes you look thinner; her philosophy was 'if you look good, you feel good about yourself'. Her business plan was to sell these aberrations to clothing retailers to help sell product, with the backup idea that the hamster consumers would have the same product at home. To keep feeling good about themselves I suppose.
Unbelievable. By which I mean, every time I say to myself, "unbelievable", it's removed a degree, as in "I find it unbelievable that this sort of hamsterism is all too believable."
Kevin Leary and Daymond John called her out on her shit straight away. She's a fat enabling bitch and should feel embarrassed. Thank God no Shark went with her.
I think fat shaming is good - just this morning I walked past a 400lb woman on my way to the elevator, she needed a walking stick and she was breathing so hard she sounded like she was about to drop dead any second. How is her obesity good for society?
