Personally I don't go out of my way to sleep with girls who have boyfriends or husbands, but it happens. Usually she tells me after the fact.
Plus it also depends on how deep she is into the LTR...
If she's just dating, then I don't really consider her in an LTR and game on as normal.
If she has a new boyfriend whom she's been seeing for 1-3 months, she's usually so in love with him and my game is far from strong enough to break the spell she's under. So I let it go.
If she's in a true LTR or marriage, and she tells me before we have sex, I let it go as well.
The last thing I want to do is help some cheating whore blow up her family, with her kids as collateral damage.
