I'm not sure it's possible to bust without arousal, but 10 minutes wouldn't be considered premature. Premature would be dudes that bust in their pants before even getting in the pussy, or dudes that squirt shortly after penetration, or after just a few pumps. Also, some guys go soft immediately after busting - I've been fortunate enough to stay hard even after I squirt, so I can keep putting in work and often I don't even give chicks any indication I nutted.
