I think you should word it like this: "hey Lisa, lets meet for drinks" or "hey Lisa, im going to XX bar on Friday, lets meet for drinks"
This way she's not labelled a huge slut if she says yes. If you say "you're going to meet me" then that 1) labels her as a slut if she publicly accepts that 2) sets you up for major rejection 3) makes it seem like the entire focus is around her and effectively pedestalizes her.
If you say I'm going to such and such bar so join me, it's more like an attitude of 'hey I'm doing something so tag along.' There is much less pressure on her as well. Also notice the lack of grammar/punctuation.
