I haven't been yet, although a Russian girl I hooked up with in St. Petersburg went this year. She said there are actually a lot of Germans and Dutch who come down now. No idea about ratio and everything, but she said similar thing to what everyone says about all of these kinds of events: after a few days she couldn't wait to leave.
