Best play is to focus on building comfort and get into the frame that "it just happened", blame it on your feelings. Don't push hard after that; pull back a bit and then escalate again once she feels comfortable. The situation can probably be salvaged but you have to play it carefully.
If you want to go nuclear you can chuck her out, but I'd try the friendly approach first.
