I haven't seen this mentioned before but it seems to me that the Mayors are breaching Roosh's fundamental rights by trying to stop his speech from going forward. Section 2 of the Charter says:
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
© freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association.
The government (whether Federal, provincial or city) should not be actively trying to stop a speech that is in no way illegal or encouraging any crime.
We should start cataloging every statement made by every political member of government.
