One point I would like to make is that sometimes we use porn to handle stress. I know I use to do this. So if you are using porn as stress relief then as long as you have whatever is stressing you on going on in your life it will be difficult to quit. It wasn't that I didn't want to have sex with women. I preferred having sex with women. It just that jacking off was more easy than calling a girl to come over just to have sex.
