I'll admit it: I often get nervous before making the first text. A million things race through my mind. My solution: get a hard workout in before I text. You release a lot of nervous energy, are full of testosterone, and just feel better about yourself. My attitude on texting after a workout is: "I just lifted XX lbs, and I'm ripped, she is so lucky that I'm texting her."
