The good news - intravenous injections of high dosage vitamin C at doses of 50.000mg-100.000mg deals with all bacterial or viral infections. You may even manage just with an oral regimen, but it's better with IV doses when it's a severe illness.
Also it's impossible for it to become resistant to it, since it works in a different way by turbo-charging the body's immune system and thus the actual body taking care of the gonorrhea. So essentially it does not work like a drug or even herb.
