You mentioned they were dull. My advice is to keep them, limit your time with them and only do things that are fun with them. I spend my time with blue pill men playing sports / watching sports. Make sure the venue you pick will make them less dull and steer them away from conversations about their wives or women in general, they will never get it. The key ...
