I'm usually a pretty quick learner and prefer reading textbooks to watching videos, since textbooks allow you to go at your own pace.
But I will say that Khan academy and other video tutorials out there are pretty good when you have reached a state of mental exhaustion. It's a lot easier to force yourself to watch a video than to power through pages and pages of dense text.
I used Khan Academy for physics while I was studying for the MCAT last year and it's definitely a good supplement.
