I gave a girl I slept/spent the night with (no sex) the other weekend a call for the first time yesterday. She picked up, and I tried to keep the conversation short and matter of fact.

We a did a little small talk and then I asked her what her week looked like. She told me it was busy, deadlines for her coursework and she would working on the weekends.

I told her we she go out for a drink later in the evening and she could take a break from her coursework. She told me she could not work it out and would let me know if she goes out this weekend. I did not put too much stock in that and I think this one is lost.

What do you guys think? Should I delete her from my phone, or try her again? I was leaning towards trying her again. I do not mind making a fool of myself but I do not know the best way to approach it with coming off as a desperate stalker.

Let it soak for a week. Try again. Ask her when she can come out. If she continues to flake, chalk her up and move on.

I had a date myself a couple of weeks ago. We went for drinks. We conversed well but I didn't get any sexual tension built up from it. We never went to anywhere private (all operations were from downtown).

Afterwards, I tried to call her. She texted me back much later telling me she would call the next day. She did not. I sent her a text a few days after the next day. No response.

Chalked her up.

Went out to the same club I swooped her on Fri. Saw her, ignored her. Continued my hunting. She saw me swoop another lizard right in her presence.

Game to Moma.

don't delete. do not expect too much if she's busy. You know what it's like to be so busy, you really can't keep it up sometimes. just wait
