How to find a good tech recruiter? - Tytalus - 03-23-2019

So I'm switching jobs, but am struggling finding the time to search for matches to my qualifications and deal with real life. So, I thought I'd find a recruiter... But damn some of these guys are sketchy as fuck!

My background is in Business Intelligence/Stats/Data Science. Do members of the forum have any good ones to recommend?

Or, conversely, how to work with recruiters would be useful as well.
