Jones all the way. Jones is a really cool down to earth guy too, while Rampage epitomizes the MMA douche.
I hope one day I get to see Jones vs Anderson Silva. That will be an epic matchup.

So I'm assuming the verdict is in.... Jones won? I just watched the Lyoto Machida Vs. Rampage fight on Spike, which I believe was the prelim fight for the showdown with Jones.
I thought that Machida was the clear winner, although I will say it was a pretty close fight, Rampage even raised Machida's hand at the end, implying that he thought Machida was the winner.
Machida vs. Jones would have been a better fight. I think Silva vs. Jones is the only fight really to get excited about, Silva vs. GSP would be good too.

Unfortunately I missed the fight as I had something else I had to do, but read some good recaps. I think Jon Jones at his young age is on his way to becoming an American version of Anderson Silva.
I don't know who would win in a Silva vs Jones matchup. I'd probably give a slight edge to Silva, that motherfucker is a really intelligent fighter(both are) with inhuman levels of confidence in the octagon. I kind of hope Silva retires soon because it would be heart-breaking to watch him get old and start taking a beating like Randy Couture.
