I have a wooden bed frame at the moment. It did the job for 3-4 years but all the poles in the middle of the frame gave up. This is causing the mattress and the boxspring to curve in the middle and me waking up with back pain. Its also making noise during sex. A couple of months ago i trying to fix it by adding wood poles to it. Again did the job for a couple of months now its curving again.
Now im thinking about a
metal bed frame but im scared about the noise it will make during sex as i dont live alone. Anyone has recommendation regarding these?

Get something like this. It doesn't have to be wood - I recommend one with a soft headboard
It won't make noise or move around, is very stable, and looks classy. Some have drawers underneath
Footboard is a cockblock

I have this Ikea Malm bed frame, its nice but I'm getting rid of it for something lighter with a smaller foot print, something less of a hassle to move and put together.
If I didnt see the occasional centipede crawl across my apartment floor I'd go back to mattress on the floor, I lived like that for years when I lived with roommates. It makes no noise during sex.

A man's definition of safe sex is "having a padded headboard"

Something you can tie your girl to. I've got a metal bed and it creeks if the bolts start working loose, but does the job.

I highly recommend this setup:

It doesn't have any metal or wood parts, so it makes absolutely no noise. You can go as crazy as you want on this bed, there isn't going to be any sound coming out of it. It's also very minimal and I like minimal.

I just put my matress on the floor. If I ever decide to get a frame, it would be a minimal but elegant platform frame like getdowntoit posted. Something with no possible moving/shaking parts

I have a bedframe made of cardboard. Sounds strange but it's awesome. Cheap, light and robust at the same time. Looks nice, too.

I have always wanted to have one of these thatched roof outdoor Balinese
sales inside my bedroom.
Girl acquired separately.

I working the bedding industry.
You need strong wooden slats not more then 2" apart to support your mattress as some mattresses are quite heavy.
If you can go get these from Home Depot, etc then you can maybe repair your bed without buying a new one.
