Ohlala, is it for sentimental prostitution or sexual prostitution? - Ternarydemonite - 07-15-2016

Finally, an app where men can offer a price to have date with women... and only a date? I can't really tell this early if this an attempt to extract money from desperate wealthy betas, or if they just plan to lure the pros down the road.

You can read at their blog:
Quote:Quote:

Paid dating is compensation for a date. At Ohlala we provide a platform for people to go on paid dates in the safest and most efficient way possible. At the moment, Ohlala is in it’s beta stage, so only men can pay women for a date. However, we have planned expanding this concept to allow women to pay men, men to pay men and women to pay women

Quote:Quote:

We want to provide our users with paid dates on demand, for the time conscious, the pragmatic, or just those who want to approach dating from a different perspective

Red pill lense:
- Dating takes effort. Let's reduce the effort by paying.
- Lip service to women (it's not just the man paying).
- If you can't get a date - buy one on your terms.
- Stay beta. Be yourself and pay to get dates.

Something tells me it will never leave this stage.

The Verge ought to stick their claim to fame i.e. promoting Apple products. Their journalists, if you can call them that, are pretentious idiots and this app (another whoring tool) does nothing new.
