Campus police used pepper spray to break up a graduation party at an apartment complex at the University of Maryland early Saturday morning, according to a statement from the university police department.
Two arrests were made. According to the police account, officers responding to complaints of a "loud party and a possible fight" arrived at an apartment building in the 8500 block of Boteler Lane around 1:46 a.m. They were told that a fight was going on inside and that someone "may have had a baseball bat," police said, and a decision was made to shut the party down.

Interesting use of a click-bait title (article not Gmac). The first image that went through my head upon reading it was that they pepper sprayed everyone at the party to disperse, when in actuality it appears as though they used pepper spray as a defensive measure.

Loh should check his yellow privilege and leave his gated compound once in a while to walk the peaceful streets of Adelphi, just a few minutes from campus, which looks identical to Mexico City. I only posted it because it's a local story and one of my co-workers brought it up. He said they would be rioting in Baltimore last night but eh looks like the story never really took off which is probably a good thing.

My brother has been at UMD for a while. He's been to that apartment complex and said parties there are always getting broken up by cops. Seems like this one is just getting blown out of proportion.
