Also I´ve heard January in cordoba is totally dead, what about December and February?

Cordoba is dead until end of January/early February.

February is fucking great there. The weather is warm, the women are gorgeous, and people are looking to meet with new people and have fun before classes start.

Sun-Weds are ok if you know where to go. The area around Rondeau in Nueva Cordoba always has something.
