Great question...guys have been trying to figure this out forever. Roosh touches base on this, as well, in an endeavor to find a standardized scale we can all agree upon.
I'd agree that I don't think there is such thing as a natural '10'. Airbrushes, lighting, makeup, and other factors create '10's. To say that any woman is a 10 is saying that this is without imperfection. I've never met one of those, lol. But I do think that a woman can be a '10'.
There's a difference between beauty that is agreed upon by all, and beauty that strikes you individually. We've all encountered this. Everyone around you agrees that a particular broad is a 7, but because of some chemistry, she's an 8 to you. I'm not talking about personality; that can skewer any opinion. I'm talking about physical features that are right in line with your personal taste.
I think that a solid '9', agreed upon by a majority, can be a '10' to you personally if she randomly possesses the specific features that wind your clock.
