Website is elitesuits.com. They do what they call "almost bespoke" which is made to measure, full hand stitched canvas suits, for under $400. There is no tailor I have ever seen where you can get that under 2 grand. Granted they outsource the tailoring to china, but still use fine Italian fabrics up to super 180s.
I was considering trying this place out, but I haven't been able to find anyone that has ordered from there. They say they guarantee the fit, but not the measurements. It looks like a great deal and they will do the high arm holes that everyone around here loves.

Interesting. I've heard of a similar company called AM Bespoke. They'll do a fully-canvassed custom suit along with a custom tailored shirt for $750.
Not sure you guys can see the deal in the link.

It's a made to measure suit. There are 3 tiers in tailoring, with corresponding amount of expense:
1. Ready-to-wear
2. Made to Measure
3. Bespoke
