I just came across the TV show "Bikini Destinations." It's basically about a small group of guys who travel all over the world, find models, snap a few pictures, then go clubbing with them. The process isn't all that uncommon, but they've managed to scale it better than most. Since it has four seasons, I presume they've had at least some financial success.

As a side note, the episodes are useful to get a general feel of the local girls -- their features, personalities, English fluency -- before you step off the plane. Small sample size, but again, useful.
