I found this great article about Chinese business so I thought I would share it with you guys. I translated the main points ( the full text is in Spanish).

1. Choose to have your store/bar/whatever in a good place, but cheap.
2. Start to learn as soon as possible.
3. Dont feel attached to one particular business. If it doesnt work, change it.
4. The competition is good.
5. Dont conform with only having one business.
6. For workers, better use the Chinese.
7. Never take a loan from the bank. Family and friends wont charge you interest.
8. When one sector is saturated, find another one. Detect opportunity for business.
9. Give your clients whatever they need, even though you dont really understand it.
10. Work and save money even if you have to live in bad conditions for some years.
