Hey,
There are more than enough foreign girls in my hostel. Although I give it a try every now and then, I can't be bothered with picking them up too much. I have to focus on my projet here and write my butt off. I will save most of the gaming for the nights out. Thanks for your reply though.
How many nights have you gone out in LA so far? Have you had much time to see the sites? What are your thoughts on LA?

Starbucks Chases ‘Laptop Hobos’
Some Starbucks may be cracking down on so called “laptop hobos” – those people who spend hours at the store on their computers, according to a popular but unofficial Starbucks blog. The blog reports that some Starbucks stores in New York have started covering up electrical outlets. The company hasn't commented on the rumors, which were reported in an unofficial Starbucks blog. Other places like “McDonald's” limit the amount of time customers can spend online/KREM.

Just spent all day today and last night proofing and editing your screenplay. Working from home is good, but I've just lost a Saturday for our art!

Your help is highly appreciated.
It took six weeks longer than expected but the script is finally ready for sale.

I'm happy for you. I hope we can work on something else in the future, but in a more collaborative sense, so that there are less limitations on what I can help with.
Sell the shit out of that muthafucker!
P.S Oh, if you could do that endorsement thing, I'd appreciate it.

Great news! Just got my script requested by an A-list production company. By their president of international sales!
And when I say A-list i'm talking movie stars like Morgan Freeman, Kristin Stewart, Scarlet Johanson etc etc

What's your cut-off time for staying in Hollywood until you go back to Holland? 3 months?
I allowed 90 days in the country. I have no return ticket but they made me buy a ticket out of the US at the airport. I tried to convince them that I wanted to go to Mexico by land border but they wouldn't even check me in if I didn't have a ticket out of the country. I had to run around the airport to find internet. I paid 15 dollar for 45 minutes of internet and bought a ticket to Mexico city. Cost me about 160 dollar. I was quite bummed about that.
I can use this as extra motivation to work hard. If i have any progress in selling or optioning the script then I can use this ticket for a visa run. If not the money is lost and I have to bite the bullet and buy a single ticket back to Holland. Will probably cost me an arm and leg but that's what credit cards are for. I will have to pay it off back in Holland.
I'm wondering if I'm able to stay in LA that long anyway. Money is flying out of my pockets at the moment. I might have to go ultra budget the last month and live in the ghetto. But let's not worry about that yet. I still have a script to finish.
First off, congrats on making your journey and I wish you luck!
2 - 160 for a ticket to Mexico City from LA? You lucky bastard! That's really cheap, it costs 500+ dallas-mexico city.
3 -To do a visa run you need to fly to Guatemala/Asia/Europe at least. Flying to Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean do not reset your counter

Good thing the immigration officer let you off with buying a ticket to Mexico, apparently you need to be a Mexican resident to leave to mexico.

Good luck!

Spirit Airlines has some good deals on flights to DF as I paid 215 after taxes and fees from DFW into DF last Dec. Problem is the airport is in Toluca, which is about a 50 Dollar cab ride from there to DF.
Also there is the paying for baggage crap so all the costs kind of add up, haha.

Spirit is a good deal for a weekend trip with nothing checked in.
The problem is, Toluca is Mexico State and somewhat far from DF (1.5-2.5 hours). After paying for transportation to/from DF(50+50), checking in luggage(12-25+12-25), and factoring in the inconvenient flight hours.....it's almost as cheap as a cheap Aeromexico/AA ticket around 460.

I got a request from a major A-List management company too. That's two in two days and I'm just getting started.
It's waaaaay too early to draw any conclusions obviously but it does feel a bit like sitting on a pot of gold.

I starting to feel settled indeed although my head isn't really into gaming here. I'm 95% focused on the script biz. Eyes on the prize.
Being on stage is awesome. The chocolate hunnies were grinding on me within seconds. Bubble butt, bubble, bubble, bubble butt haha.
The one in the white dress just backed up and didn't leave me any room to escape haha.
I sure liked that, thanks bro. I made a video of it but can't be bothered to figure how to make a youtube vid of it. Show it to you next time.
The night ended quite insane at the afterparty.

Short update:
In the last week I got 9 requests for my script. All companies or agencies working with big names. Doesn't have to mean anything yet but it sure is positive. I've been reading screenwriting forums and some people have trouble getting even one request after several weeks.
Hollywood is a waiting game. It might take a company or agent several weeks to even pick the script up and read it.
Now, since I don't have much time here I just have to continue emailing. Most of the companies make it a policy to not even read query letters since they get thousands of them each year.
I'm working on the pitch and somewhere next week I'll start making phone calls. A week later I'll start visiting them which will be the hardest part.
