Heh, we've all done it. Taken the easy route. I probably would have gone for the meet, because if a girl is of a certain level of beauty and youthfulness, I get inspired by it and it (sometimes) brings out the best in me. Other times I get more nervous and screw things up. It all depends. One thing that I've gotten worse at over the years is being stingy in how much money spent and forced alcohol consumption I am willing to put up with. I have a good diet and work out plan and don't want anything to mess that up, alcohol does just that and I don't even like the taste or the effects it has on me. But customs of having a drink or two, possibly changing venues a few times, it all adds up in both alcohol and money.
I like girls who are just content with a walk in the park, or a cup of tea/coffee at a small coffee shop NOT a big chain, but the 8-9s wherever you go in the world are used to so much more they fail to respond to simpler things.

I don't know man, we probably got even "philosophical" differences on this one. For example I don't even have the concept of girlfriend in my vocabulary, the girl might consider that she is mine girlfriend but I will never look at it this way.
