I think the difference between brown and white rice isn't that much.
Sticky rice on the other hand... stay away. Tasty as hell, but you'll blow up so quick you won't recognise yourself after just a few days!

where do you get quiona in bulk? its good stuff, i get it as a treat at trader joes sometimes. i dont think i have seen it in bulk?
i get brown rice in bulk and sometimes sticky rice for a treat.
