It doesn't have to be some super specialized Tim Ferris guru BS, but a few habits will get you rolling in the morning.

When I wake up the first thing is to make coffee, then I stumble around and drink water while it's cooking..once it's done I sit down in my living room and turn on my Sunbox to read and drink coffee. Then the coffee hits, the sunbox is shining bright in my face, and I'm wide awake, ready to kick ass.

Also...after years of experience, I KNOW that if I jack of in the morning, the next few hours I'll be super low energy. I do not want that in my life.

Day 8 relapse.

Found the "Bondage/Domination thread" on RVF, all was well until somebody linked a BDSM tumblr page. Then it was game over.

My goal is to go till the end of the year. Hopefully get a bang too. Small towns + work and school = minimal dates let alone lays. Gotta work on approaching and I might get on tinder too. Just passed 3 weeks. The advice from redbeard on having a morning routine is spot on.

I wake up, make coffee, bacon and eggs, and listen to a podcast while cooking. Then enjoy breakfast.

After, I'll go outside for a smoke. Coffee, bacon, and smoking motivate me to get out of bed quite easily.

Last couple of days I've had some mood swings. I can't tell if it's from stress or nofap. On the positive side, I've noticed more confidence and a deeper voice.

The key is to get out of bed and get moving. When you're lying in bed trying to get things going your brain is still going slow, it's much easier to fall prey to your animal brain.

Get your brain turned on, you suddenly remember your goals, plans, and VISION.

I've posted about it countless times but it's still very useful.

Once you have a clear life vision, you have constant motivation to get up and get going.

The point of the morning routine is to take you from groggy animal brain into motivated vision mode.

If your vision is to get absolutely yoked, you can put posters in your room to remind you about bodybuilders. You'll wake up...feel groggy....see the poster, and suddenly remember what your goals are. Who has time for jerking off when you're so committed to your life vision?

I'm gonna get roasted by some of the Anti-Trumpers here, but I've got Trump gear all over my house. When I wake up and see all the MAGA, no matter how sleepy I am, I remember what my goals are for myself and I get going. I think about how little the President sleeps, and how I should stop being a little bitch and get going.

Worst for me were always first two weeks. I don't know which attempt this is as I always failed around day 15, 16 or so. First time I ever did this challenge (last year) I managed to do 30 days or little more. After that I struggled for months to break mentioned 2 weeks boundary.

As I have some kind of diary where I put thoughts on various things, I decided to write couple of times what went wrong and made me fail. I discovered that there were not really many triggers but state of mind was real reason. I haven't been enough educated about this whole thing.
I collected myself and thought about how good I felt until that dreaded fail and decided firmly that I will try to break the record. I read a lot about porn, its industry, I am familiar already who promotes it, I become familiar with its effect on brain. Regarding fapping, I went from the fact of benefits on psychological level and not religious one (I think this religious aspect is BS).

So these two weeks passed and I begun to feel same changes I felt first time I did this challenge. Memory got better, energy levels up, I sometimes woke up before alarm, always enough sleep no matter how much hours I slept and so on. I got better view on other people, especially noticing stuff I didn't before. Like eye contacts, etc.

Temptations. I feel them every now and then. Especially on this forum that is full on NSFW images. I avoid generally these threads but I am sometimes surprised by some posts which come out of blue on some unrelated thread. Same thing is on the other sites. I have anti porn addons for Mozilla on computer and for mobile. I don't look at XXX sections on torrent sites. Basically, I just avoid porn but if I come across I don't panic or go immediately break the record. Calming down and thinking reasonably does the trick of overcoming them. One can also attempt to wash his face with cold water.

Mood swings are sometimes present. Nothing much to add here. For example last week I was bit bored no matter how much things I did, and couple of weeks ago I found joy in basic random things I saw. Nevertheless, my energy levels are always high so I don't ever feel the need to go sleep entire day.

Improved eyesight is one of the best benefits.

The improvement isn't so much in reading letters on a chart like when you take an eye exam, but rather you will notice things like colors becoming much more vivid, the contrast between colors is more defined, text that you read will look sharper, and you have a much greater sense of picking up small details in everything...like seeing tiny logos or patterns on objects that you have owned for years, but never noticed before.
