Muscular imbalance (one arm bigger than the other) -

Was just replying to the newest thread on this topic but it was closed.
I have this same problem.. However it's my less dominate arm that's bigger (bulkier).
I believe the problem could be that I think my right arm is slightly longer than my left.
My right arm is a lot more lanky than my left arm is. Also it's the same with my chest... My chest is much bigger on the left side than the right..
If I could just match my right side (dominant) with the left it would all even out.
I love the way my left side looks, however turn to the other side and it's like another body.
I'm pretty knowledgable regarding fitness but I just can't seem to figure this out.

Just focus on dumbbell as opposed to ez curl bar workouts.
Same for tricep pulldowns etc, one at a time, and only do as many as your weak arm can with your strong arm.
Had a 3/4 inch difference between my left and right (left bigger and I'm right handed) as a result of continuing to lift after a wrist injury to my right.
Cleared it up over the last year.
Oh and watch your lifts in a mirror if thats an option to make sure your form is the same with each arm.

I forgot to mention that my bigger arm is also the weaker arm too

What if one of my pecs is smaller? I'm thinking it's because I've really only ever used barbells to work my chest. I may switch to dumbbells.

I had this issue, and fixing it really is as simple as you wrote. Switch to only dumbbell bench for a month or two (same weight on both sides), then once they even out go back to barbell if you want. Afterwards, still mix it up, not just for symmetry but to promote growth.

I´m giving this a shot:

Its called occlusion training. Basically you restrict blood flow in an arm or leg for two sets of 10-12 with 20% of your 1RM. This was tested on patients recovering from ACL surgery. Here´s an article on Elite FTS:

Today I did my first two sets with my left leg occluded and it was overkill.

This shit just happens..... I am right handed and most things on my body are bigger on the right side except my chest. My right pec is not only smaller but is not shaped nearly as well as my left.

There could be several reasons for this. One is that you are doing things regularly with one of your arms and not the other, this causes imbalances. For example tennis players have an arm which is often way bigger than their other arm. It could also be a posture problem, where you have imbalanced posture. You should examine your daily activities and see in which you use your arms and how and then change up your routine to avoid arm overload on your dominant arm.
Also use dumbbells over barbells. With barbells your dominant arm often takes over the work a bit from your other arm, causing imbalances.

Its like I just woke up one day a few weeks ago like this
I don't know if its all in my head.. or from my hardcore workouts recently I have been favoring my right arm or what.
My right arm is bigger, my left lat is bigger and my left ankle is bigger. I'm right handed

Oftentimes this comes down to genetics as much as anything else. Everyone has a dominant side (which can switch from muscle to muscle).
Muscular symmetry can wreck an aspiring bodybuilders career; sometimes no amount of training can fix it.

Gold suggestion here gents- do as I just did, and smash your right hand up a bit. Not much, just so it's in plaster for a month or so.
Halfway through my month of bodyweight squats, situps and left hand curls
