I am late to the party, I've been busy crusin' over Maui here.
Let's get this going.

My boy Amour four(see Hawaii datasheet) is having a hard-time to get laid in America..and he is a solid player in Rio ,always swooping real quality ass.
Maybe non-americans need to adapt to the american "market" ?
I'm looking forward to go to America this year also.
tks
Yes, Hawaii has been a disgrace in terms of pick up. Yet, for all I've experienced and researched, talked to guys from Hawaii and from the mainland, they seem to agree that it is much easier to get laid in the mainland than Hawaii... unless you know the local hang outs (social circle) or are a baller (these girls in -Honolulu- seem to be driven by status and money, shallow and materialistic, nothing like what I'm used to. But I have reason to belive it might be different in other islands).

I haven't seen his Hawaii Data Sheet, but it doesn't surprise me that he is having a hard time there.
No one goes to Hawaii in there right mind to swoop unless a) they know locals b) are a pro surfer.
Hawaii is super "loc'd out" and unless you can surf, fight or both surf and fight, good luck to you.
Kona is the "go-to" guy on here for Hawaii info. Again, he kills it there, but he is a local and surfs and is a straight up G.
Yeah, and the premise of this thread was that America is the easiest place to swoop if you are an American guy.
Hawaiian girls seem to be skeptic of foreigners and outsiders. A baller "G" like Kona seems to be seems to match what these girls go after. Counting mostly on your personality, game, some looks is not enoughtto reach those girls. Again, that seems to be more so in Honolulu/Oahu, for all I can tell.

Hawaii huh? Take the dick factor of California and multiply by a hundred or two and that's what you get there.
Yeah, the guy is shocked buy how brutal the girls from Hawaii are.The level of rudeness is sky-high,from what he said in his report.
I know that he will be hitting other american cities before getting back to Brazil, I wonder if he will have different results.
Quite brutal, like nothing I've experienced before. Which is quite a contrast from your everyday Hawaiian you run into the streets. Quite sad actually... I won't be spending more than a few days over the cities I go in the mainland, but I'll try to do some field research! Let's see if I'm able to.

Its interesting that when you describe the guys in Hawaii its very similar to the Rio image I have as well(I'm not from Rio).
Guys who grew up at the beach , lots of surfers , jiu Jitsu fighters etc.
They're tough , be sure about that. Violence and danger are present in the everyday life of many.
Tons of Hoods?Probably they are a cakewalk comparing to the dangerous zones/favelas in Brazil.
So,you get tough(physically/emotionally) , or else you don't have a shot in life. There is no Danish-like government hand to take care of you when you fall.Gotta watch your back.
Off course I'm not saying that every guy from Rio is like that (nor that Amour is) but the "image" of Hawains and Cariocas can be similar.
On the other hand , Maybe we that grew up outside of the Anglosphere were spoiled by having it easy from the start.
7s and 8s falling on our laps with an effort that in America would land a 4 or 5.who knows.
maybe America, specially Hawaii, is at another level, with TOP guys competing for a smaller pool of decent girls.
There's also the the fact that in general American guys are far better dressed than Brazilian guys(again, can't say for Amour Fou).
So I don't think that it was a case of not having a "Tough" image, but instead it was the lack of game itself or lack of the correct Vibe,as you pointed.
*Anyway , great videos , warrior culture is awesome.
I don 't think Hawaii is anything like Rio!
Hawaiian culture is just so complex it is impossible to grasp even after the months I've been here.
Brazil is a Latin culture for starts, and although it is a very mixed place, there is more contrast and more of a "schizophrenic" vibe to all the different backgrounds you find in Hawaii. (A good way of seeing that is by their food. Google "spam musubi" to see what I mean).
I was told that over some islands (like Kauai and Molokai) there is a shortage of girls that make the guys go very protective and even aggressive for what they have... and I can sense some tension in some locals, but it is hard to have a fuller understanding of what goes here beyond the surface.
Summing up: Hawaii is very difficult to pull, and as mentioned in my datasheet, I'd reccomend, at least in Honolulu and if you don't know any local, to stick with the foreigners from pretty much anywhere in the world, as the place is very international.
