Which of these 2 would you recommend for a 5 days stay?
In any case...from one of these 2 cities I'll then move to Budapest for another 5 days.

Reykajvik.
I haven't been to Iceland. But I was in Sweden in July a few years ago. I found Swedish women overrated, Stockholm was pretty dead on weekdays too.

Both will be completely dead on weekdays, so no matter which you go to you'll only really have 2, maybe 3 nights to go out (if you're even there Thursday, Friday, Saturday that is). If it were me I would go Iceland.

I've been to both.
If you chose Iceland, I suggest you go out Friday and Saturday in Reykjavik. Rent a car to drive around the island the other days. You can drive the Golden Circle or even extend it a bit. Nice nature to look at.
In Stockholm you find slightly more action. However, weekdays will still be calm. You can go shopping and run daygame.

Iceland makes more sense. You can see some cool nature stuff during the week and then party hard on the weekend.

Both are slutty but Swedish girls are notoriously nasty, so Iceland is a better bet.

Is the atmosphere in Reykjavik clubs/bars more relaxed? I would expect so, given that the city is much smaller than Stockholm...

Reykjavik has 120,000 people. Stockholm has more than a million in the metropolitan area.
I have never been to Reykjavik, but was in Stockholm two weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised, wish I'd spent more than 4 nights. Met up with SvenTuga, he is a resident. Lots going on, outdoor rock festival, clubs like Cafe Opera.
