I will also add that you can look into hiding your wealth in crypto currency (mainly Monero). Just stay away from exchanges like Coinbase that report directly to the IRS. Lawyers and banks are at least a decade behind this stuff from what I can see.
Easier said than done but it's a good idea to hide your assets in different countries or hide it by giving it to your immediate relatives to hold for you to minimise damage.
I'm not sure why this isn't a major topic on rvf or the manosphere in general. The consensus is always "just don't get married bro" but the reality is if you want kids this divorce rape topic will always be a thing. Maybe someone should write up "avoiding divorce rape" game book and sell it on Ama... oh right, nevermind.
IIRC There was a good write up in one of the RVF Crypto threads on how to scrub Cryptos - basically buy litecoin or BTC on Coinbase or Gemini - Transfer to Kucoin - Buy Monero - transfer Monero to Binance buy back some top 10 Cryptos as a private Crypto fund on Binance like BTC, BCH, Monero, Dash, Ripple, Steller, EOS, Cardano, Litecoin and Zcash. Then find a few good hardware wallets that allow you to store these Cryptos and write down your paper wallet codes.
Hide them in a locked firesafe inside a locked File Cabinet or sealed in a zip lock back with dehydration packs and buried in a sealed plastic container deep in your flower or veggie garden below a metal detectors' maximum detection range (of metals in the HW wallet circuit boards). Remember to pace off exact paces from a known landmark like the corner of your home foundation. Never tell her or anyone else where this is buried and only leave cryptic mention (treasure map) in your final will.
There are some Dark Web denizens who also add a step of a crypto tumbler "scrubbing". However unless you are a money launderer drug dealer the tumbler fees and counterparty risk is prohibitive.
