almost 30 help! energy for night game!

hey guys, i am almost 30 and stilll love going our to bars and clubs to meet women of course, my main concern though is how do you guys get the energy to still do this? I am seriously thinking since I drink alot of caffeine and diet soda coffee etc that this is having an effect on my night time game since I use it for the gym! I miss being able to go out at night and not get tired or think about bed all night... jw is anyone is 29-35 and what you guys are doing and if removing caffeine has any benefit

Yes if you are over caffieneating your body will up regulate and you'll be tired as hell with no caffiene.

How late are we talking about here ? Usually night life gets shitty by 2, maximum 3am. If you're doing pick-up, I wouldn't stay later than that.

If you have a 9 to 5 job it's hard to spend your night in clubs no matter the age. If you can sleep until 4pm every day then that's a different story.

I'm not yet 30 but here's what I do:

1. Sleep 1 hour when I get back from work. I'm used to having a siesta after work. I try to avoid it if I don't go out because after that I have insomnia.

2. I don't like coffee, energy drinks or soda in general. I only drink water or tea during the day.

3. I'm back before 4am.

My biggest enemy is alcohol. I find that at the beginning of the evening alcohol can give you a boost in energy but it's doesn't last long and it really wears you down later on. I noticed that when I don't drink at all, I can still be operational at 3am without looking like a zombie.

ok good, see what i do is take in alot of caffeine early in the day for the gym and i think it affects me later also drinking.. i am going to try no caffeine at all and just extending my bed time to 1-2 o clock every night and waking up around 9 every day since I have no 9-5.. just need some motivation that just because I am not 20 doesn't mean I can't work my schedule around and enjoy nightlife and pick up etc that is just an excuse!

I'm in that age bracket, and Steelex is absolutely right. Caffeine is hard to measure because coffee is pretty variable from one brew to the next, but it's easy to take so much throughout the day that you'll actually end up burning yourself out. The java is a false prophet.

Exercise, balanced nutrition, and restful sleep will do more for your energy levels and endurance than anything else. Try adding heavy kettlebell swings to the end of your evening workout, except Friday. Work your way up to a weight where you feel like you're going to puke and be found blacked out in your own sweat puddle. You'll feel like a beast on Friday night. Keep your diet and supplements on target.

awesome thanks guys ya i think all of that plays more but you can still go out 3 nights a week just have the diet and another thing no caffeine or heavy carb meals too as they can create a crash What i been doing is when i go out i take in sugar free red bulls and diet cokes with alcohol and by an hour or two after i get tired and leave by 1130 kinda weird.. think it is the caffeine intake

44 here. Cut out the caffeine and sodas. Clean up diet, take a nap and hit the clubs when it's busy and not too early. Pick your nights to go out. You don't do every night anymore...pick 2-3 nights a week tops. Watch the alcohol intake when you're out (hell if you're fishing I wouldn't drink more than a drink every 2 hours).

I usually work 12-16 hour days. Weekends I show up at clubs around 11-12 and get home around 4-5 for a couple hours of sleep. Sunday sunrise-sunset is my recovery reset day where it's all about me (i.e. no ladies).

Thanks!! I think my biggest problem was taking a bunch of caffeine and diet soda to be honest I have cut back and am withdrawing it turned me into someone who felt I needed coffee or diet soda to work out, work, go to clubs, etc... also no liquor or one drink tops is another key my diet is good mostly protein salads some bread for subs etc is all but I know carb crashes can happen too.. I will just wake up later and start going to bed later too like 1-2 will help this way when I go out at let's say 11 or 12 I am not tired.. do you think its better to go to clubs early and talk to people etc or wait until later ( downfall of going early solo) girls see you before looks like a loner or loser otherwise if you go a bit later and just start going up to them then its a different approach

its real estate investor so i kind of make my own schedule not tiring at all just mostly pc work send emails appointments alot of driving and down time unfortunately which sucks am seriously considering becoming a male stripper part time so i have something else to do

Given that above, and as you like to go out as you claim, then there is no apparent reason for you to be out of energy to go out at night at such a young age. Not even caffeine and soda intake can justify that.

Well, I understand you don't have energy to jump all night in a crowded club listening to EDM and screaming at girls/guys ears, even I can't do it myself at early 30s, and I was always a party animal, so as I aged I calibrated and now I spent more time by the bar, smoking areas, tables, and WC queues to speak to girls, which besides being much more fruitful than dance-floor game, means less spent energy, which also might be useful to bang that horny slut at the end of the night. Also I only dance when I really like the music and when I have space for that, there is nothing more annoying than people walking past you all the time while you trying to have some fun, and liberate some of the weekly stress.

But if you already follow what I would call a medium-energy night (like I think I do), you should have had no issues. If that is the case, you check your levels of T, or do a medical check up. Or perhaps you don't like that much going out as you said in OP.

I manage 1 full day of game per week by leading a healthy lifestyle the rest of the week.

This means full-on daygame, then nightgame consecutively. Here's how it's done:

Pros:
-A full day of game means you are massively warmed up by the time nightgame comes around.
-I literally game till the morning so I have a full session of nightgame.
-I can focus well on my work & not have intermittent Day 2 followups during weekdays disrupt my work momentum.
-I can build up my body during the week with sufficient sleep / nutrition / exercise.

Cons:
-I literally do not game the rest of the week. Mainly because of work as I don't want to compromise my work quality for game so I just buckle down & focus.
-This means no Day 2's & my follow-ups are restricted to text game during weekdays. This can lead to not striking when the iron is hot & some leads will go cold since I can't Day 2 them soon enough.
-This limitation forces me to work on my text game, which is good. As I get better at it, I'm noticing I can work the long game with them and less leads drop off.

Surgically precise game is best game.

I solved this by coming back home from work a bit earlier on the last day of the week and taking a good sleep of 2-3 hours until I wake up naturally.
I wake up and I'm like new with energy to go on all night.

If I don't do that I can't get much done.

go to the gym and stay in shape. Go to parties. Sometimes drugs help.
