Has anyone else ever noticed how often the pillars of contemporary Alt-Right/Neomasculinity/Red-Pill thought appear in the works of humanity's greatest writers? For example, if people knew some of the things Aristotle wrote about gender and race relations, he'd probably be scourged from curriculums. I thought this thread could be a great spot to share the most incisive, lucid, and aesthetic (good prose matters...) passages you encounter from classic literature (use your own judgment for what this means - the examples I shared below should be instructive for the level of quality and venerability we're going for) expounding upon redpill notions or ideals.

NOTE: the more revered and ancient the author/work and the more graceful the prose, the better. Hopefully, this thread can be used as ammunition against those decrying the intellectual bankruptcy of the new right...Additionally, some of these passages are quite motivational, if you find your convictions faltering.

I wouldn't exactly say this quote is profoundly "red pill" but still resonates enough. Nonetheless Somerset Maugham is the first author to come to mind when I think of classic lit. This always gave me a good chuckle.
