often when a man is ending a relationship of any type, and his interactions with said woman begin to drive him crazy, he' encouraged by friends to go party, get with alot of women asap, etc.
Does anyone find this works more than short term? Or after the 2 weeks stretch of fucking and partying hard, he's back to where he started and perhaps the only method, would be to actually resolve issues with said woman, by talking to her and fixing it or ending it.

You havent said who is ending the relationship ? is it you or her? i am guessing its her...if she dumped you the best way to forget about her is to take a shot of your dick shooting cum on a pretty face and txt it to her...i have actually done it and its not immature....DO NOT PUT HER ON A PEDESTAL...

But yah partying and having more options will make you feel better about yourself...and during that whole process you might come across a deserving woman that you can provide long term company to on your terms not hers...

neither. we made up to be in an open relationship. we had sex while high as balls. afterward she asks if ive been with another woman since meeting her. I said yes. She's relieved, bec she has been w a dude as well. Then she suddenly flips after sex, starts acting cold. she finaly admits that what's bothering her is that she thinks I only see her because i feel obligated to, and she feels guilty that she's imposing on me.

In that case bro another piece of life advice....you cannot make everyone happy...its not humanly possible...no matter how hard you try some people will be pissed off at you for no reason...and its best to learn this lesson sooner than later...

It does work. No doubt. Especially in a case like this where you stated she isnt important and you dont have real feelings. It is just neediness on your behalf.

Convincing yourself that it does work is another thing though. Your brain right now is telling you to resolve the issue and talk to the girl. It is a BETA reaction. I used to do it. I have beta friends that keep doing it and fall in the same conundrum over and over. It is a flawed behavior. It is important to learn to let things go, especially when they dont really matter that much - it is part of the process of BECOMING ALPHA. Remember, KNOWING the path is not WALKING the path. Dont go back to her and instead look forward and start meeting new chicks. You will look back in 2-3 weeks from now, laughing at your moment of weakness when you contemplated going back to her. RIGHT NOW you dont have an objective perspective to realize that moving on is the right thing to do, you WILL have it in 2-3 weeks.

Work on your INNER GAME.
Go out, meet new chicks, try new sports, hobbies, activities of any kind and soon enough this chick will be history.

Remember your brain is a muscle - if stimulated with new experiences, whether new girls, a travel etc - it will get rid of insignificant toxic "twisted" memories that threatened your balance (i.e. crappy chicks). Only feelings that matter and you really value will remain. And you will recognize and understand them.
