Ok, this is in the game section because it is more game-related than weightlifting/fitness-related so I am posting here.

Have you ever got pumped to go gaming? Everyone knows about the post workout pump. All your muscles are swollen and your chest is back and your arms and shoulders are well defined and your abs are engaged. But my question is this.

Have you ever pumped up right before going somewhere when you knew you were going to have your shirt off and or wearing a tank top around available also semi-naked women?

I realize winter is coming and many people are going to be wearing lots of clothing but I am talking about beaches, pool parties, BBQ's at the lake or river, nightclubs in the tropics, etc. Bodybuilders right before going on stage have pump routines usually comprised of pushups, pull ups, etc. Also I am not speaking about going gaming incidentally after working out or hitting the gym. I am speaking about getting pumped with the specific intention of looking good aesthetically for nearby females.

I don't know when I started but I remember being exposed to this at least sometime in my late tweens or early twenties that other guys were doing this. I naturally realized I would also do it because whether or not you realize it, you are competitng against other males for the attention of females.

I think there is something very instinctual and primal about making your body appear bigger before approaching females. Many animals in the wild do this, it is the true definition of "peacocking".

Doing it around other men primes your competitive spirit and brings into focus of your evolutionary needs-there are always a finite number of mates and resources and as a man you are in a competition. Anyone that say "you are only competing against yourself" is either a zen game guru or doesn't realize that yes, you are competing, hopefully, against the other 10-20% of men getting laid. You aren't competing against the 80-90% that aren't.

I believe the simple act of inflating your body before approaching makes one focused on the goal of attraction, feel confident and also release other chemicals in your body that are beneficial to attracting the opposite sex, possibly even a boost in testosterone and pheremones. You have a glow about you, your vibes are up and you know what you came to do. You are specifically in pussy-hunter mode. I believe this mindset is important and pumping before gaming can help you clothed or not.

So, have you ever got pumped specifically before gaming? I definitely have.

In the research for this post I came across factual evidence that ancient players used to actually practice the pre-game pump and that is where the term "pump and dump" was coined as it was naturally assumed one would have to pump before one could begin dumping.

I am lying, I just made that up.

I live by the beach, almost all my bangs nowadays (at least one a week) come from beach game. My muscles definitely look fuller and more defined after working out, so that's become my routine; I go to the gym and lift heavy for an hour to an hour and a half and then hit the beach. It puts me in the zone too, I have no issue approaching when I feel that good.

Lifting before doing any social activity has always served me well.
Looking more muscular, feeling your best and having a testosterone rush help whatever you do.

I basically have a set routine that works. If I do this my game ends up on point. Start out the day with a heavy leg workout with some dips, push-ups and pull ups in the morning. Eat a late big breakfast thats filling. Skip lunch and go to the mall, grocery store where and be social. Flirt with workers, other girls at the store and talk to ransom shoppers. Come back home and take a nap. Eat a nice big dinner and start getting ready.

Start the music playing while getting ready. Crank out 50 push-ups take a shot or two then shower. Get dressed, vibe to the music, do another 50 push-ups, take another shot and im ready to go. I think the mental clearing and focus rom the working out are much more beneficial for game than the actual pump itself.
