That girl in purple has her fingers clearly interlocked and no phone is in her hand. She is standing, and the photo of joey the pervert is taken for on a table.

Also, in the mirror you can see that his thumb is right where the "take a picture" button is on his old fashioned flip phone. The mirror image of his phone screen is nice and bright, maybe he just used a flash and it is saturated?

I didn't see that mirror picture before, but I'm convinced even more so this weirdo was taking pictures of someone.

Yeah I guess she was just leading her two friends in a prayer at taco bell.
You can see the picture being taken of him was located past the frumpy girl leaning against the backrest of the bench, next to the table directly in front of the camera, at a raised elevation due to the weird textured clothing on the shoulder.
At that distance his phone is angled beyond the brunette in black, more towards the food counter behind them.

If he was taking a picture of them, wouldn't the dude in red stand out on his screen?

Clasped her hands and used her thumb to click, the angle of the photo points towards those girls, I don't see anyone else in the picture with their hands or body pointed towards Joe.

Every single person in the photo that is visible has their back turns, except for the girl I point out.

Because if she legitimately thought he was stalking her then one can't totally blame her; you can't tell that man is blind or has a disability just by looking at him.

So it entirely depends on whether she really believed it or whether she just posted it to get attention as some speculate.

If nothing else she definitely should post a public apology, if she just hides from the fallout then shame on her.

I suppose this does show why internet can be dangerous though, since it allows for defamatory claims to be repeated as fact, and for anonymous vigilantes who are almost impossible to identify.

Basically the "Communications Decency Act" is what has enabled this, since it prevents websites from being held legally liable for content posted by members (without the act in place, Facebook could have been sued because of this).

I can't tell if he's taking a picture or not (I can't see what's on his screen)...but if he is taking a picture of her, he's pretty good at remaining seemingly oblivious to the fact that she's taking a picture of him. Based on his demeanor, he looks more like a guy who can't see his screen well vs a guy who's taking a picture of her.
